Only send link to the raw un-edited version of your footage.
If you have added text, we cannot verify the contents of the footage so don't waste your time submitting.

What does a good submission look like? Raw, un-edited, with something in the foreground to show perspective
so the size of the anomaly can be better calculated. You can zoom in to the point of pixalation but not closer.
The data is lost forever when you zoom all the way in. Keep picture sharp so we can run filters that will enhance
the image so we can zoom in with the software for a truly awe inspiring result.

Do not expect an explanation of the anomaly you captured. All we can do is take a very close look.
Sometimes it's just a moth or a hummingbird taking a poop in flight. Sometimes it's exactly what you think it is.
Be prepared to ask yourself an important question: Now what?

We do not actively collect unsolicited footage. The submissions we receive are totally random.
We never try to influence submissions by posting possible anomalies seen around us on a daily basis.
But, overwhelmingly we have recently received submissions of the same anomaly from people across the globe.
A flood of people shooting footage of the same anomaly 24/7. We are getting verifiable footage mostly shot during the day until dusk.

There are more submissions from night skywatchers but most of that footage can be explained as one of the
almost 3000 satellites zipping over our heads at all times.
Flocks of geese are also common followed by lens flares.
